Welcome/AIM Rules

Welcome to the Investor Relations area of the ATH Resources plc corporate website.

ATH Resources operates surface coal mines and is one of the largest producers of coal in the UK, providing coal principally to the electricity supply industry and also the industrial and house coal markets.

The Investors section of this web site contains all information which is required to be disclosed in accordance with Rule 26 of the AIM Rules.

We place great importance on the need for effective communication with investors and the media. To ensure that existing and potential investors and contacts are able to track our progress and obtain news and up-dates as soon as available, we would encourage registration to our alert service.

We welcome your views and comments on this website as we continue to develop and improve our lines of communication.

Alistair Black
Chief Executive

GENERAL NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

We have become aware that certain shareholders may have been approached asking for personal details surrounding their holding of ATH shares, in some cases even asking for share certificates. We would advise all shareholders to exercise extreme caution in providing any details to individuals or organisations they have not thoroughly satisfied themselves as being bona fide.

It is suggested that if you are approached you, in the first place, either contact the Company or its Nominated Advisor Seymour Pierce at 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7EN (Tel 020 7107 8000).

The LSE is being informed of these approaches.
