Preliminary Results - Wednesday 9 December 2009

ATH Resources plc, one of the UK's largest coal producers, advises that it will be announcing its Preliminary Results for the 53 week period ended 4 October 2009 on Wednesday, 9 December 2009.

An analyst briefing given by Tom Allchurch (Chief Executive) and Steven Beaumont (Group Finance Director) will be held at 9.30 am on Wednesday, 9 December 2009 at Abchurch Communications Ltd, 16th Floor, 125 Old Broad Street, EC2N 1AR.
