Holdings in Company

Artemis Investment Management Limited notified the directors of ATH on 28 May 2008 that it holds a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company. 

The holding of 2,370,675 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.91% of the issued share capital of the Company, is held by the following shareholders:
