Exercise of share options

ATH Resources plc (the "Company", ticker ATH) today announces that, following the exercise of options over 40,942 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Shares"), application has now been made to have 40,942 Shares admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to commence on 11 December 2007. The new Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares.

Following this exercise, the total number of Shares allotted and issued is 40,075,158.
