Final Dividend

Further to its Preliminary Results issued yesterday, ATH Resources plc, one of the UK's largest coal producers, confirms that the final dividend of 8.24 pence per share, payable to Shareholders on the register as at 21 December 2007, will be paid to Shareholders on the 18 January 2008.
