Directors Share dealing

ATH Resources plc (AIM: ATH.L) announces that the Group was informed on Tuesday 7 February that the following Directors have, on 7 February 2006, sold shares in ATH:

Richard Croston	72,648	185p	349,947	0.88%

The amounts sold represent 17% of their respective holdings. The Directors did not sell any shares when ATH joined the AIM market in June 2004, have not sold any shares since, and they have no immediate plans to further reduce their holdings in the Group.
