Holding in Company
The Company was notified on 5 September 2007 that due to the acquisition of Glasgow Investment Managers Limited, Aberdeen Asset Management PLC’s Fund Management Operating Subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 2,870,123 ordinary shares, representing 7.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
