Directorate Share Dealing

Further to the announcement today regarding the retirement of John Hodgson, Group Marketing Director from ATH's Board of Directors, the Company has been informed that Mr Hodgson has sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 186.6p per share.

John Hodgson now holds 214,542 ordinary shares in the Company, which repsent 0.54% of the issued voting share capital.
