Holdings in Company

The directors of ATH announce that on 9 December 2008, the Company received notification from Mr William Paterson that on 4 December 2008, Paterson Quarries Limited and RC Greig Nominees Limited together acquired 600,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the issued share capital of the Company.

As a result of these transactions, Paterson Quarries Limited now holds 800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.996% of the Company's issued share capital and RC Greig Nominees Limited now holds 564,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.407% of the Company's issued share capital.

William Paterson now effectively holds 1,364,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.403% of the issued share capital of the Company.
