Exercise of share options
ATH Resources plc (the “Company”, ticker ATH) today announces that, following the exercise of options over 20,471 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company (“Shares”), application has now been made to have 20,471 Shares admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to commence on 15 November 2007. The new Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares.
Following this exercise, the total number of Shares allotted and issued is 40,034,216.
