Holding in Company

The Company was notified by BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust plc on 16 April 2010 that it holds 1,264,008 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company and is therefore beneficially interested in 3.15% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
