Exercise of share options

ATH Resources plc (the Company, ticker ATH) announces that employees have exercised 167,764 share options to purchase ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company (Shares) and the new Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Shares.

Following this exercise, the total number of Shares allotted and issued is 39,861,332 and the Company has made application for 167,764 new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, with dealings expected to commence on 25 July 2007.
