Annual Report and Accounts

In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, ATH Resources plc (AIM:ATH), announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 4 October 2009 are available on the Company's website at www.ath.co.uk.  The accounts were posted to shareholders on 18 December 2009 and copies are available from the Company at Aardvark House, Sidings Court, Doncaster DN4 5NU.
