Holdings in Company

Artemis Investment Management Limited notified the directors of ATH on 18 June 2008 that it holds a notifiable interest in the Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each in the issued share capital of the Company.

The holding of 1,800,675 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.49% of the issued share capital of the Company, is held by the following shareholders:
