Grant of Options

Further to the announcement on 21 January 2008, options to subscribe for 56,098 ordinary shares in the Company were also granted on 15 January to one further key employee of the Company pursuant to the ATH Resources plc Unapproved Share Option Scheme and these are on the same terms as those option grants announced on 21 January 2008.
